We all met in Bataty, Culinary studio to learn how to make Polish traditional Christmas meal pierogi. At the end our stomachs were full but we were very happy. We learnt to make Russian pierogi, pierogi with lentilsand carrots, pierogi with sauerkraut and mushrooms and pierogi with cottage cheese, potatoes and pumkin. All delicious:)
