Work Location: Szczecin
We are looking for an Intern who will support recruitment and employer branding activities in our
company. We guarantee tasks that will give you an impact on the development of the company,
sense of responsibility and satisfaction. You will join a dynamic organization which enables its

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Scheduling interviews with candidates
• Performing pre-screening of candidates
• Supporting active search of candidates
• Administration of recruitment database
• Assuring quality of data provided into internal database
• Support organization of employer branding events
• Proposing and new recruitment tools and ways of reaching tools
• Support daily activities within Recruitment Team

REQUIREMENTS:
• Student of humanities (preferably Psychology, Sociology, Human Resources)
• Willingness to learn and develop in area of HR
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
• Very good communication skills
• High level of interpersonal skills and ability to work in team
• Self-reliance and good organizational skills
• Openness and creative approach to recruitment activities
• Good sense of humor is also welcome!
